My New Truck (May 2005)

 On May 24th, 2005, I finally broke down and turned in the old Mazda. My 1992 Mazda MX-3 GS was a good car. It took a lickin' and kept on tickin'! After 7 or 8 (I lose track) summer's without A/C, it finally got to me. The picture to the left isn't actually my truck, but it's close. I actually got the crew cab (it has two real doors on the back). I guess this'll be my vehicle for the next 15 years! I got the truck at the end of May 2005.
Update: When we moved to Alexandria (Virginia) in September 2005, we quickly saw that we didn't need two vehicles. Public transportation stopped right by our new home (i.e. condo). So rather than pay the monthly payments, insurance, and maintenance costs on the truck, we sold it. It was a nice ride for the few months I had it, though!
